This is one specific flatrate type out of several size or time-based flatrate licenses Discounted CD flatrate license benefits • Internet use! • world wide use • Royalty Free (same as with my regular licensing policy) • use of the music with advertising clips! • Personal license certificate for your production records Conditions to acquire a discounted CD flatrate license You may acquire a discounted CD flatrate license if any of the following applies to you: • You are a student with a film school • You represent a non-profit organization • You are an individual or business and your yearly gross revenue does not exceed €15000 (USD $20000) • You are an independent filmmaker and your yearly gross revenue does not exceed €15000 (USD $20000) Conditions to use a discounted CD flatrate license • use only for productions that provable have been produced by the licensee • use only in connection with movie resp. film, multimedia application or computer game production • composer has to be credited with: Music by PEDRO CELLI • may not be used with any kind of audio production • may not be used with harassing, discriminating or unethical content of any kind • The one-year CD flatrate license allows you to use the tracks of the CD you bought the license for, with every production you finalize during one year, starting at the day of purchase. • The music you have connected with a production of yours during the flatrate year remains correctly licensed with that production without timely restrictions, even after the flatrate year has expired. Note however, that this only applies as long as you don't alter that production. • If you want to use the tracks of the CD you bought the license for after the flatrate year has expired, you have to purchase a new flatrate license or a regular license if the above conditions to acquire a discounted CD flatrate license don't apply anymore. How to purchase a CD flatrate license • You can purchase a CD flatrate license via PayPal by clicking the "Buy Now" button. • PayPal accepts credit card or bank transfer.
